About flashing vbios

Thread Starter
Hi, i'm owner of one gtx titan, and i have a question about flashing bios to 780ti. I heard people flashing 780 to TITAN, and i suposed it should be possible.

Another example is R9 290 to 290X just flashing bios.

The thing is, if 780, TITAN and 780Ti are the same GPU but locked by software (if not please explain me the difference blushsmiley.gif ), it could be possible to upgrade it by flashing bios when this card will be available?

Please apologice me for any grammar mistakes, last time i used english was 8 years ago worriedsmiley.gif

Not sure, the memory of TI is higher than the Titan. Check the specs:

I've never heard of such a thing (flashing a GTX 780 to a Titan or visa versa).

Now there are different BIOS's that you can load to unlock various aspects of certain cards .... for example, I use the Skynet LN2 BIOS for my GTX 780's and that allows me to unlock the voltage and move the power target from the stock 110% all the way up to 200%. But as far as I know, you can't load a Titan BIOS in a GTX 780 (Ti or not).

I could be wrong though.
