Aquastream XT series with different pump

I am about to redo my loop hopefully for the last time, at least for a while. Currently have EK spin bay res>Aquastream flow meter>Aquastream XT utra pump>AC(Alphacool) 280x80 rad>AC cpu block>AC 280x45 rad>Asrock Z77 vrm block>parallel Titan hydrocopper blocks. Getting around .6 gpm.
I am adding a AC 560x80 rad and the frozenq 300mm tube res. Suspect my flow rate will drop below .5 gpm.
I also have an AC VPP655 variable speed pump with HF top. I like the monitoring capabilities of the AS(aquastream) pump (flow sense, temp, etc) So I read at Martin's site that when running two pumps in series they do not have to match. I am hoping to get flow rate in the 1 gpm range. But wondering if the AS pump will have a problem with the VPP655 as the AS pump has sensing in it and adjusts its rpm on its own.
I have seen an Aquastream rep on this site and hope he sees this. I will probably try it regardless, but any input would be appreciated.
New loop order would be EK spin bay res>AC(Alphacool) VPP655>AC 280x80 rad>AC cpu block>AC 280x45 rad>Asrock Z77 vrm block>parallel Titan hydrocopper blocks>300mm tube res>Aquastream XT utra pump>Aquastream flow meter>AC 560x80 rad

It is likely that the second pump will have a bad effect on the aquastream. I guess it would not run as fast as it could. Normally the frequency will go higher in system with a larger restriction while in your case it could be lower because the other pump will lower this (if we take the aquastreams point of view).

Kind of thought that would be the case. I may try it anyways. I was originally at .7 gpm then added the 2nd gpu block and dropped to .6 I am sure the new rad and res will drop it even more. If flow rates are better with the VPP pump only, I do have a power adjust standard that I can use to get the flow rate and water temp if I ditch the Aquastream pump. Mainly wanted the extra temp inputs as well from the pump.
