For the Temperature column, the first number is the core temps, second is VRM1, and third is VRM2. GPU-Z shows all of those temps.
For the Overclock column, the first number is the core clock, and the second is the memory clock.
To determine what type of memory you have, open up GPU-Z, and look in the Memory Type section.
The ASUS 290x bios will allow you to use GPUTweak's voltage adjustment (up to 1.4v). PT1 and PT3 have a voltage limit up to 2v (using GPUTweak), no TDP limit, and only one clockspeed setting (no low power/idle clock settings, etc. It always runs at the set clocks/voltage).
PT1 has vdroop, while PT3 doesn't. PT3 can actually give your card more volts than you input, so be very careful with that bios if you decide to use it.

Record your max temps that you get when running a 30min loop of Valley ExtremeHD (No Tweaks).
If you don't crash or get artifacts during those 30min, then you're stable enough to submit a form.
I understand that Valley isn't the best stability tester, but I just wanted to keep everything constant by having everyone use the same bench software that's free and easy to use.
