I'm planning on buying these parts, but I am unsure about the dimensions of the mboard ( 9.6 x 7.4 ) and a few other things.

My current specs:

AMD Athlon II x4 640

6gb DDR3-1333 RAM

ASUS Radeon 7750 1gb DDR5

Motherboard: N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX

PSU: Antec VP-450 450w

I have this PC:

My current motherboard is 9.6 x 9.6 and I am unsure if the new motherboard will fit in my case. It has also come to my attention as I'm writing this that the motherboard I have on my list only has 2 x 240-pin for RAM. I currently have 3(2gb) sticks in my PC. If the mboard listed can fit in my case, is there an alternative board at the same price that can accommodate the extra RAM?

It's not the dimensions that are important but the form factor. Your current board is a micro-ATX and the new board is also a micro-ATX so it should fit easy enough.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga78lmtusb3 Same price and manufacturer, but it has 4 RAM slots.
