Hello fellow enthusiasts,

Here at Overclock we try our best to bring you the best of content combined with the best community experience we can, but we also pride ourselves in opening doors for our members. In this case opening up direct access to Hardware & Software Reps from many of our well known and well loved brands. For a while now you may have seen members with a ''Hardware REP'' , ''Software REP'' or ''Vender REP'' badge, these members within our community are individuals who work directly with hardware manufacturers and software developers and are here to help support their products directly with you guys...their customers.

We feel that it is important for both customer and manufacturer to have a strong and easy access link to help, support and advice. Overclock.net is FULL of technology enthusiasts and it only makes sense to have OCN serve as a platform to enable users and manufacturers alike to interact closely with one another.

So for the benefit of the community please see below a list of confirmed representatives we have here within the community and to which company they support. We hope this will serve to not only improve customer and company relations, but will also very simply allow our members easy access to support and advice.

If you are interested in becoming a Hardware REP/Software REP or a Vendor REP for the company you support and are interested in helping to support the Overclock.net community, please PM ENTERPRISE and I will speak with you further. Becoming a Hardware/Software REP is FREE as it is a support role only, you may not offer services or promote products.

If you are wanting to set up a store on OCN under the Vendor REP role and promote services and products directly to the OCN membership, please make contact with myself and we can discuss further, please note that fees will apply.

Please let me know if anyone on the below table is no longer active within the OCN community as I would like to where possible keep this table up to date.

*Note* , Active Vendor REPS will be marked in GREEN

How is phaedrus not on here? Is he no longer the cm rep?

In any case it's great to have these hardware reps here with us for more direct feedback so they can give us desirable products.

As always thanks for providing the forums for us!

If we have members lurking who could well be part of this initiative then please do PM myself or any of the other Forum Managers and we can approach them and make them aware of what is taking place here and hopefully bring them on board :) When sending a PM it would be very useful if you could let us know as to which company they are affiliated with.

The ones on the list are to our most up to date knowledge a part of their respective company and I have had a response to the vast majority of them to confirm as such. We will periodically keep in contact with these representatives to make sure they are still active within their respective company and if they wish to carry on being a part of this initiative. If you or anyone else is trying to make contact with a REP but is not getting any response then please do contact a Forum Manager and we will look into it further. As always, people do move on and we may find at times that is the case with some on the above list, but as I say we will do our best to keep it as up to date as humanly possible :)
