Customers are important. I think being an American company, with roots in "old-school" thinking regarding products and our customers shows that we're not just out to make a buck. We aren't going to let a customer who needs help hanging, even if they're across the world in a distant country. You can't ignore what your customers need or want or expect. We sell fairly high-priced (but worth every penny) enclosures. People who pay that kind of money don't just want a good product, they expect top notch service as well, and we're going to give it to them, even if we have to fight off an army of rabid baboons.
