Customers are important. I think being an American company, with roots in "old-school" thinking regarding products and our customers shows that we're not just out to make a buck. We aren't going to let a customer who needs help hanging, even if they're across the world in a distant country. You can't ignore what your customers need or want or expect. We sell fairly high-priced (but worth every penny) enclosures. People who pay that kind of money don't just want a good product, they expect top notch service as well, and we're going to give it to them, even if we have to fight off an army of rabid baboons.

Don't be so rude.

It's disappointing and frustrating for everyone, but that's why they're insured thumb.gif

Even though they ran it over with a fork lift i bet they weren't at fault unless you had insurance rolleyes.gif

Shipping companies are the worst. They accept your packages but you have to pay extra for them to accept responsibility.
