now i know theres many of factors that determine the speed of sli. Now when im running like aquamark3 the gpu load thing in the left corner of the screen dont show me very much green. what i mean is its not using both cards to the fullest all the time. does the 2nd card kick in when its needed or what? is there any way i could make the both run maxed all the time cuz its kinda shabby!

AM3 is more of a CPU test then a GPU test, if you want to see something stress your GPU's run something like 3DMARK 06.

That seems right to me! Considering the relatively slow speed of your processor, and your extremely small amount of ram. I would say your computer is functioning just fine.
