I've the A10-6800K with MSI A75IA-E53 motherboard, is it possible I can clock it up to 4.5GHz with stock voltage?

There's no really reliable way to give you a definite answer other than giving it a shot.

I should disable the Turbo mode and set all four cores to 45?

You may find this post from the AMD APU Owner's Club useful as a Trinity/Richland overclocking guide - albeit on top ASUS boards.
