I have a few cathode strips in my pc and love them. I have them because I like to see the stuff I spent my money on through the window(not very bright normally in my pc room).

Well when you've taken the time and care to do custom watercooling and make cables look neat or go as far as some of us and rebuild cables from scratch are you really gonna leave it dark and well lifeless? nope biggrin.gif

cos it looks awsome my old buld was all blue leds lit up an entire room got sick of that now on just a golow from the front fans one antec blue and one cheep thing thats rainbow looks alright i guess

I've just used them to show off really with windowed cases. I cut the blue LEDs on the fans that came with my phantom though. I prefer low powered white cathodes in a black case, just personal preference. If you spend all your money on a nice system why not spend an extra bit to show it off
