imo then entire series is the best first person shooter series out.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?! Crysis 2 and 3 are just like COD, or Battlefield (regarding single player). Aka a lot of nonsense and a crappy gameplay, no IA, all scripted and so on.
The only thing that resembles Crysis & Warhed with 2 and 3 is the fact that you have a suit in both, but the game had to be cut in so many ways to have it work on consoles that its hardly the same thing at all. Crysis & Warhead are sand-box-esque, whereas the rest is purely linear, super-scripted boring stuff. Heck they even tell you your "tactital options". Everything has been dumbed down like there is no tomorrow, and cassualized to the extreme.
So, I don't care whether C2 and C3 made it on consoles... no, I do care that because they wanted to do so, they had to slash the franchise and become another COD-wannabe. C2 has NOTHING in common with Crysis, its not even on the same level of graphics quality (because its worse), and lets not speak about gameplay and any other detail there is.
Just like with Far Cry. The original vs 2 and 3 are completely different products that have no ressemblance. Oh, yes, the 2 and 3 are better sand-boxes, but are worse in every single possible regard. I found FC3 boring. Not as much as FC2, but boring and terribly repetitive.

The bow?! They give you ONE new thing and just for that you "bow" to it?! Crysis 2 makes no sense, no sense at all. I have no idea why it has the name "Crysis" on the first place. A franchise has something in common... and C1 vs C2 have nothing.
