what's the right way to apply it?

hmmm, i might have put it on too thick actually...

I was playing WoW with the 2.8 ghz setting and my computer restarted after about 15 minutes :/

This happened to me when i tried 2.8ghz with the super talent ram but it took it about 2 minutes to restart >_< Does anyone know why it's doing this? Should i reinstall the 0711 bios?

I set everything back to defaults again. I know one thing I don't understand is the numbers under 4-4-4-12 -- DRAM TRFC and what's above it. Mine is at 42.

what ratio are you usin? ram speed? (not factory, whats it runnin at)

supposebly the right way to apply as5 is a line down the proc, perpendicular to the lettering not parallel. i tried that and my temps were high, dont know if i had enough. i tried putting a dot and spreading it out, temps were high. i put a cross with it kinda thick (parallel and perpendicular to lettering) and they were 2°C above my ambient. that was idle and at stock

yeah i saw that, so im guessing its around 1.45 set in bios.... im at 3.00Ghz at 1.325v so maybe if he lowers vcore to that it will lower temps quite alot, i understand that the vcore my chip requires will be different than his, he can test with orthos
