I don't actually have any pictures on hand unfortunately -- but I'll make sure to post some over here when I get them. Regarding the watercooling parts, I typically order from Performance-PCS and FrozenCPU (don't think I'm allowed to post links -- sorry -- but a quick google search ought to do it). Both have treated me well in the past. Actually, on that Switch 810 build, the tube reservoir came cracked, so I sent Geoff at FrozenCPU an email and within a few days he was able to work with the Bitspower reps to get another one sent out to me -- no charge or return shipping on my part.

you can fit a 480 monsta push pull in the bottom, a 480 45mm thick push pull in top, a 240 45mm thick in an interesting spot, on the side, and one finally in the back

you can see what i mean by on the side if you check out the newegg vids

+2 for the Phanteks Enthoo Primo.

Unless you're talking something like Caselabs, there really isn't another case that's been so well-designed with watercooling in mind than the Enthoo Primo. I'ts miles better than a switch 810 or a Shinobi XL. A 900D is pretty good too, not-so-much for watercooling-friendly features, but just because it's so much bigger it can fit quite a bit.
