questions about gpu's for 3 1080p monitors

so i want to go tripple monitor and i have a gtx 460 right now. I plan on getting 2 radeon hd 7950 or 2 7970 or 2 gtx 670. im wondering if i get one of the radeons will the standard 3gb vram be enough for games like battlefield 4? that is the most intensive game i play at the moment. the 4gb gtx 670's tend to be a lot more than the 2gb. this will all happen once the litecoin mining surge goes down. i was gonna just get 2 7950's but now they go up to $350 when they used to be near $200

the 670's 2GB is "iffy" for 3 monitors i think, the 3GB radeon cards should suffice........ but good luck finding them at non-rape prices

my old 7990 ran BF4 on 3 1080p monitors ultra preset pretty good, so 2 7970's would run it better. I nearly maxed out the 3GB of vram on some maps though.

I would stay away from only 2GB cards for a surround/eyefinity setup. Pick up two 4GB GTX 760 cards. They are almost on par with the 670 and are a lot cheaper.

It would run fairly decent, not ultra preset, but high for sure. 7990 i sold ran ultra preset but sometimes dropped to around 40 fps

High settings still look amazing, i had 2 GTX 580's and all they would run is high settings and only on 1 monitor since 1.5GB models
