GPU for gaming on Benq W1070 Projector

Hi All,
I am in the market for a new gpu for my build. This will be venture back into gaming after playing on a console for the past 5 years or so.

Here is what I currently have in my build:
Case: Node 304
Mobo: Asrock Z87E-ITX
CPU: i7-4770k
CPU Cooler: NH-U14s
Memory: Crucial 2x8gb Tactical LP
HD: Samsung 830 128gb
PSU: Season 660 XP2

I will be mainly gaming on my Benq W1070 on a 120" screen at 1080p. I will not be gaming on multi monitors or at any higher resolution.

I was originally going to get a R9 280x Asus DCU2T but those are hard to come by and prices are pricey. This has gotten me to look at the GTX 770 and maybe making a bit of a splurge and get a GTX 780.

GTX 770: Gigabyte Windforce 2gb or 4gb
GTX 780: MSI Gaming

Games I will be playing are Bioshock Infinite, Batman Origins/Arkham City, Tomb Raider and occasional FPS but nothing crazy like BF4.

Budget is around $350-$425.

At 1080p 770 will do just fine.

Ok thanks.

Just wanted to make sure I could still max out settings on games like Bioshock Infinite and Batman AO with a GTX 770 (GV-N770OC-2GD). I missed the boat on a newegg masterpass deal as they added game bundles so I may continue to hold out to see if prices drop after holidays.

Or would I be better of with the GTX 770 Lightning over Gigabyte Windforce?
