So i read a couple of post most of them old on this

Heres what ive read

Use anti dtatic peanuts inside
Dont use peanuts they are brittle and hard to remove

Use foam,
Don use foam it has static

Use buble wrap
Has static

Use expandinggel/foam..
I gues this is static to since it comes in a bag

Things i have considered.

Old xfx waranty accepted cards sent in brown paper bags,

Cardboar (not conductive)

So was thinking of filling the interiors of the case with brown paper bags/brown paper.

The case (silverstone tejmin). Has a small gpu holder/support in one side. Should i still ship separate? Or reinforce otherside with cardboard?

The pcs box is 20-18-12 and is heavy dury (double panel). I also grabbed a double panel 24x18x18 from homedepot this will give extra protection to two dimensions....

Thinkinhg of the case foam and bubles in inner bix then brown on outer

Thats exactly what i want to know, everything i find it gets counter by another post in a different forum.

antistatic peanuts being the most suggested but it is a fact they are brittle and therefore alot of foam particles in the case.

Im really thinking brown paper inside tight in HDD cage , and tight around the corsair h60 and ram.

shipping gpu outside seems like best idea. I will be sending him an antistatic wrist strap.

I have no other idea how to spproah this
