Well heres my problem I have very lil knowledgeable on overclocking Ive been doing alot of reading but I dropped about 6k on my rig an am not trying to mess it up. Im currently at 3.6 but I wanna see where I can go comfortably

I own a Thermal-take Level 10 GT Snow Edition In which I added a bottom delta fan. My 990x has a custom water cooling set up that has me ideal at 31c and it stays nice an cool in there. My goal is to get it up to 3.8-9 a using more blck. Also Im running 24gb of ram but of 2 different types one is G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series 12GB (3 x 4GB) and CORSAIR DOMINATOR GT 12GB (3 x 4GB) So I have no idea how to navigate the bios and to tweak my ram.

hey and why were at it I have 2 msi lightning extremes that Ive been underclocking since ive had them to preserve them anyone with some good number I can try in msi afterburner.

You have an unlocked Multiplier so why are you bothering with bclk. For 4Ghz, start at x30 Multi at 133Mhz bclk, and use Medium LLC at 1.28v. See how it goes and tweak from there.
Once you got the CPU stable at the desired clock, just increase the Ram multiplier/ratio for your desired speeds. Set timings and Ram voltage and then stability test.
