hmm, you say it isnt stable at 335? keep your ram running at its rated speed and timings. keep the chipset voltages to what i mentioned earlier, and up your vcore just one notch and see if that helps.
It's stable at 335, anything 340 and up, I fail during super pi and prime 95 simultaneouesly. And i tired upping voltage serveral notches, and decreasing it a few as well. I think i need to get to the bottom of this heating issue, because im reading at least 10C above wat i should be.

It took about an hour to lap the heatsink. I was modderately aggresive with it. It is no longer concave (mabye slightly warped at the edges, but that won't affect anything, because only the center actually touches anything). It was fiarly easy, i didnt lubricate it tho, i think u need to lube it if u want it to end up shiny with a mirror finish.
lapping the processor was a cake walk, that took maybe 10 minutes with semi-agressive grinding. I believe the processor was slightly concave as well, as the edges dissapeared much quicker than the center on both lap jobs.
