While kepler bios tweaker is a handy program it's really badly made. My understanding is you need to adjust the power target and TDP. The TDP should be the highest value and power target should be a little lower. The different wattage values differ in order on different model cards(say gtx 680 to 780) but stay in the same order from different manufacturers(say gigabyte to evga).

I moved the slider on the voltage tab all the way to the right. I used the settings above too.

So, when I go over 1.212v and/or set my core clock to 1263 or above, the card downclocks/volts when benching with furmark. What am I missing? Anything below those thresholds stays at what I set it to. I have an EK full block. EVGA GTX 770 SC 4GB.

Here's my bios file if you want to take a look to see if I missed anything: VoltageUnlockGK104.zip 125k .zip file

Edit: Let me try 3d Mark to test the clock instead.

Does it hit 1.212v at all? It will be your power target if it's downclocking on the 600/700 series as that is increased with voltage even at the same clocks. I used to have a zotac 660 ti amp that would run 1200mhz on stock 1150mbz, with 1.21v it would only run 1100mhz until I adjusted the power target to 110% and it could hit 1330mhz.
You can increase the power target in bios but you will want to figure out how much extra to allow in EVGA precision/ afterburner before you burn that setting into your card permanently. The whole point of the power target is that youre not pumping too much power into your card for your cooler to handle so make sure you stress test your card with your current cooling and make sure you're not going past the mid 70s.

Easiest way to check your power target is in GPU-z with unigine heaven for about 5 minutes if you see 98% or higher I'd increase the power target.

Looks like I changed the wrong line in the bios for the power target. It's fixed and running at 125% now which is letting the higher clocks stick.

There's no way to go over 1.212v without that AB Soft Mod?

40C under water, so I'm good there. :)

When I've read about people going past 1.212v on forums people have said they've killed there cards going past 1.212v so it seems like a bad idea.
Good to hear you're running 40oC though it doesn't sound like you've done a proper stress test there lol. Try doing that with a 780 or 780 ti running 1200mhz.

Oh no, it's the water cooling. I do folding@home quite a bit, and it stays around 38-40C depending on the ambient under full load.

Yeah, I'll stick with 1.212v.
