the xclio. I'd go with the thermaltake armor though but its your choice. both good cases.

things to look for (well, things i look for):
material thickness. the thinner, the flimsier, the cheaper feeling, the more i cut myself while working in. you want a solid case with thicker construction so it's not all loud and vibrating.

layout. make sure you have enough internal and external bay to accomodate your devices and have room left to tuck wires.

looks. usually just by looking at a case and how it's designed, you can tell a case is garbage or not. if it has all sorts of stupid designs, faux-chrome or trying way too hard to look like an alien head, then more thought has been put into quickly attracting ignorant buyers then thought put into design and functionability of the case.

expansion slots, you really don't need to worry about. the most you'll ever use on modern builds is 4 (gpu x2, sound, tv tuner). you may need a couple more for firewire/midi/com/pannels, but most cases come with 6+ expansion slots.

whoever made the 120mm fan comment, well, that's relative to the size and design of the case. that's like saying any case that doesn't have atleast 1 250mm fan is junk.

if i were building a system for sound, this is what i'd question myself on regarding the case:
does it have enough space for 2 internal hdds? will it accomodate my sound card and front panel? will it have atleast 1 ext 5.25" bay for dvd burner?

honestly though, i wouldn't build a pc just for sound, that seems like a waste to me. but rather, i'd build an entire htpc, so then it would have to match my receiver.

because not all expansion slots are filled with pci cards. there are midi/com/firewire/usb panels that fit into expansion slots. as well as fan and light controllers.

if you look at the attached pic, you'll see the brackets i'm talking about

it kinda depends on what you're planning on doing to the case. if you want to really cut one up, get a cheap tower. get in touch w/ like a local school IT employee or find a cheap tower off craigslist. then you can add holes, decorations, paint, etc to your hearts delight.

if you want a case that you don't need to overhaul completely, but want to add those team decals, I'd recommend this Thermaltake Armor linky since you can cut your own decorations. although you don't see too many of these floating around

Did the price on the standard Armor go up? I honestly thought the price of an Armor without the side panel would be cheaper than the ones with a window.

Anyways back on topic: You should look for a case you like. As my English teacher would say "Opinions are like belly buttons, everybody has one".
