well if you arent having stability problems no need to up any voltage,

however if you do have to ,these should be in the bios , which gigabyte mobo do you have

its in your bios as cpu voltage sometimes. then you raise your FSB to get more GHz.Download CoreTemp to monitor your CPU temperatures, Orthos to stress test your overclock and thenCPU-Z to verify it. You're not gonna be able to go that far cuz you're on stock cooling. Also, check out the many tutorials we have on OCing. Good Luck!

I'm unable to change any of my voltages and I'm Prime95-stable at 3.2Ghz from 2.6Ghz on my Pentium D 805. I've changed my memory timings a bit to shave 4ms off of my Prime95 Benchmark althought I'm not sure what kind of real world effect this will make on performance.

For a small overclock like 3.0Ghz to 3.4Ghz I can't really see you needing to change the voltages.

I definitly think that if he is gong to be overclocking a Pentium D that an aftermarket heatsink is a neccessity. My idle temps when from 46 to 39 celcius when I installed my Tempest.

These things are notorious energy pigs
