Alright removed the apogee removed the AS5 just from that (left it on the CPU) in case I put too much on it. Tried again with the exact same results.

Its an overheating problem, you must have it seated wrong...is your pump working?

Is water moving through the lines? Is the fan on your rad spinning? Have you checked all the obvious things?

Fans are deffinately spinning, pumps pumping from the vibrations... I have to have it seated wrong, but there is simply no other way to seat it. There are 2 screws that hold in right into place... there are spacers that came with it but the mobo has spacers built in. Should I try removing all of the AS5 and starting over? I could even try it with some Artic Silver Ceramic I have, which I used perviously when I was on air.

When you removed the waterblock the first time had it come in contact with the AS5, did you have to clean it off? When I had the Apogee on my rig with my Opteron 165 I chose not to use the plastic spacers they gave, I saw better temps without them. You might consider trying that.
Just because the pumps vibrating doesn't mean its actually moving any water.

Have you given the rad etc a good shake about to get rid of all the air bubble?

Are you sure theres no air pocket in your block?

Are you sure theres no air in the pump?

WOHOOO!!

Alright I found the culprit... you can absolutely NOT use the mounting bracket that came with the motherboard. Although it appeared it was working it wasnt touching the CPU at ALL.

Yes I do realize that... and thank god every minute I'm on this right now that the motherboard had the safety. Anyway temps seem to be dropping idling at 27 now. Whats odd though is load still doesn't seem right.
