Firestrike and Windows 8.1

Thread Starter
Guys has anyone seen a drop in physics score from Windows 7 to 8.1?

From: 13117.0

To: 11704.0

I'm using a 4770k OC'd to 4.7ghz
I have change graphics from a Crossfire 7970 set up to a R9 290 but I was under the impression that wouldn't make any difference to Physics score. Thats what got me think it was windows. Any ideas?
