Hi all, recently my mcp35x pump has began to buzz which has subsequently led to its failure to start each time i switch on my pc. It attempts to spin-up three times, pauses before retrying.

The temporary fix I found is to push up the middle (spiky bit)of the base of the hose-suspended pump and it will start as normal.

Can i fix this problem or is this evidence of pump failure?

Thanks in advance,
