I don't have any problem with my monitor, no lag and no ghosting with fps also (borderlands2, etc...) wink.gif
S27A950D got around 18ms of input lag, high compared to other gaming models

I used them for 2 years in "fastest" mode, never input lag problems or other artifacts wink.gif

See response time and input lag section wink.gif

With this DS270 also no input lag, I see only light blur when I strafe quickly but nothing serious.
Colors are much more beautiful and vivid.

If you have multiple inputs in the back then yes the lag goes up just like any 1440p monitor. With just one input the lag on these monitors are one of the best out there. You watch the review?
Why in the hell we comparing a TN 1920x monitor to the ds270 rofl no match in comparison

Again with this multiple input !
The input lag in all monitors is misured by all with only one connection obviously.

I play online yes. But from my understand your internet connection and ping have more effect on the quality of gameplay then a monitor that is a few ms off

also it has been proven that you are like 2 percent of the population who actually cares about ms times. Because the Ds270 has no issues in this matter to justify going with a TN or CRT.

If you are a real fps gammer then you should just buy gsync and dual GTX 780 Ti, and 100+ mbps download and stop coming on here to justify your monitor. Because its not much faster to make any normal person care smile.gif

also when it comes to TN panels i basically puke all over the place and laugh at the color reproduction and viewing angles

if your monitor has HDMI, VGA, DVI-D yes your monitor will suffer no matter what input you are using. That is why the korean monitors are so great due to the fact that you can get it with just DVI-D and no OSD

btw IPS-AH is the best panel out there in terms of technology. Not TN, Samsung PLS etc.

It has been proven in reviews that the AH-IPS with one input korean monitor is better than 99 percent of the monitors out there. You would have to spend over grand to see a minor improvement with a better filter like NEC has to offer. If you are into Hz get the qnix and hope you can get to 96hz with no color shift because your IPS monitor with the PLS panel will look like crap

Thanks in advance!

i just remembered you can not measure the ambient light output of your monitor so the settings are no good unless you have a light meter so you accurately measure the brightness

i calibrated at 138 c/dm2 . So even if you use someone elses profile not only that is a major factor but every monitor out of the box color/brightness is measured different out of the box.

i would not waste your time with someone elses ICM profile. These monitors are close to 99 percent perfect out of the box anyway. Like NCX mentioned the green tints will go away and blacks will look much better making colors pop more . I thought the stock video card settings where great until i bought a i1displaypro biggrin.gif
