I was actually thinking of doing the same thing, what I would suggest, and what im going to do, is to buy some black (matt or shiny) vinyl og cover the entire bottom panel so it looks as stock as possible. Im also considering som brush Alloy vinyl.

Finally. The eagle has landed!

What an Amazing screen. It even better than both my iMac and Cinema I use at work.

Not a single stuck pixel, and only a tiny bit BLB at the bottom, thats insane! Its alot less than my 2 old HP LP2475W IPS screens. I'm speechless!

Only bad thing is the stand, I'm pretty sure I have to the whole thing appart the remove it. So that's sucks when my Desk Vesa mount is on the way. frown.gif

Anyway, here it is!

I am starting to wonder if the pixels are so small at 2560x1440 that you can't pick one dead or stuck pixel...I haven't heard of one person getting a bad pixel on one of these yet. I set it full screen on a few different colors and had none that I could find.

but these are a thing of beauty aren't they I was planning on going 120hz at 1080p but I couldn't pass up this deal and thus far I am not disappointed. I am loving this resolution

I may try a little overclocking tonight after work. I haven't tried it since I got a new video card. I had little luck with my new cable and the AMD card. I doubt it's going to make a difference but I'll report back with any success or failures.

Just thought I'd give an update. Best I was able to achieve with new card and cable was 65hz. For any wondering I'm using a GTX 770

have you tried higher? mine stopped working at 68Hz, but then at 79Hz it would work again all the way up to 93Hz...but then I get the weird V-sync fps of 51.
