What motherboard and cpu do you have. what does .14v equal? 1.37v? Also did you figure out your delid problem?

i have an i5-3750k + MSI z77-43a and i have sorted my delid problem for now till me CLU comes im using arctic silver5.
also iv managed to get 4.6 functional but when i run very high on IBT i aborted the test as cpu tem was at 95 and i panicked.. p.s. +0.14 seems to hover around the 1.430 mark bit high for my liking i think tongue.gif

The temps do seem high, when you delidded you scraped off all the black glue from the PCB & IHS? It also wouldn't hurt to double check the heatsink mount.
