The one from Maplins does change it to 3 Pins...
The other one is a carry though connector?
So the chain doesn't end when you get that point?

I always buy from them, lol. It's not a molex 4 pin to a 3 pin, it's a CPU fan 4 pin to a 3 pin... Am I being too specific?
