Low speeds on TP-Link R402M router!!!

Hello,

For some days now, my router started having low internet speed, I mean VERY slow.
It was working good before, no slowdowns or anything alike.
Things are happening something like this:

12:00 PM - Internet working fine, Speedtest result: 1 ping / 95 mbps download / 94 mbps upload
12:30 PM - Internet slows down, Speedtest result: 8 ping / 2 mbps download / 500 kbps upload
14:00 PM - It's working normally, how it should be.
14:20 PM - Again, goes crazy.

And it's not internet providers problem as I directly connected the internet cable into a pc and for about 3 hours the internet was stable and fast. The moment I connected the router everything got back to normal:

I tried: Above thing, reseting the router settings to default, rebooting it 500 times, letting one port populated.

Could anyone please tell me if iI can fix this somehow?
Opted to the new 1gbps internet connection but might take weeks before they install new wires and give me a rented 1gbps router (from tp-link also) and I need internet.

Thanks

If you have that high of a bandwidth requirement, I'd invest in something more quality than a <$20 cheapy router..

If you have a spare computer with 2 NICs you can setup pfsense. Or you can put something like ddwrt on your router.
