Do you think we could reach the dew point with just one TEC (so not with two TEC's in cascade)?

It depends on what is the dew point in your place. In winter it could be very low (<-10C) in some areas. In humid places it should be a problem.
But still -10C can be achieved with single TEC if the hot side is cooled well. You won't get water condensation, but ice condensation, though. Ice accumulation on the cold plate will decrease the condensation speed.

T1 is the TEC cold side temperature. Th is hot side. Th = (Q1 + Itec2 *Rp)/Ch + T3.

So in other words it won't form condensation, it will form deposition. (the opposite of sublimation) since it goes directly from vapor to ice.

We have a dew point of 8C, so if we stay beneath the 8 and above 0C, will there be comdendation?
