From what I have gathered it is not optimal.

Check out Swiftech: http://www.swiftnets.com/

The Apogee block, the MP655 pump and the MCR-220 radiator are on my list for summer... check 'em out.

Yeah he's right stay away from the cheap WC kits...This is a real good one it is easy to upgrade and has high quality parts.Get it if you can afford it at all, you wont be sorry...Swiftech H20-220-APEX ULTRA CPU Liquid Cooling Kit

This one is OK for mild OC'ing of the CPU...It can easily be upgraded to a double rad and 1/2" tubing later on.....Swiftech H20-120 Premium 120mm Water Cooling Kit

Swiftech is the best.

Always spend more money, rather than less with watercooling.

I am running all swiftech:

Storm Rev. 2
MCW60
MCP655
And a Black Ice GTS240

Couldnt be happier!
