Empty phase case for external watercooling box?

I've been thinking of having all watercooling gear inside an external box for simplicity, i think a phase case could hold a 360mm or 420mm as well as a 240mm radiator, along with pump and reservoir.

I did find somewhere online selling off some empty phase cooling cases on sale for a tad over 50 Euro's, only problem is they do not have the holes or anything ready to fit radiators in. Is there anyone around in the UK that can mod that for a low price? One other thing, how would 2 radiators perform in a small box like that? Since they would almost be sandwiched together would it be pointless having 2 in there?

I also noticed that the newer Koolance quick disconnect's seem to be pretty good, so would work well for such a setup. Plus keeping the main case tidy and clutter free, and being safer of course.

You could always buy a CaseLabs Pedestal and use that. Or MountainMods makes pedestals as well that could work. If you go that route I would go with CaseLabs as they are nicer looking and don't need any extra work put into them. Whereas the MountainMods ones would need to be painted, or pay extra to have it painted before shipping. Both options are somewhat pricey though.

Apparently the Black Koolance QDC's aren't as good as the silver ones. I only have the silver ones and can attest to their quality and function.

Think about using no-leak quick disconnects between the box and case.

Caselabs Pedestal looks good, i also found a much cheaper option.. Coolermaster HAF stacker 915.. I guess that might work just as well?

Yeah, I think that would work well. Looks like it can hold up to dual 360 radiators, one on either side, and still have space inside for a pump, small res and even a fan controller.

I've been working out the measurements and it seems everything would fit except for a bay reservoir, doh! I wanted the reservoir to be visible neatly on the outside, a small res would cram in at the front but i'm not sure how that would look. I don't need a fan controller, i'll already be using low/medium speed fans.
