my 240 xt45 kept my 2500k cool at 4.5ghz with 1.336vcore. a hotter running 4770k should do the same on a 360.

it is only worth it if you plan to keep the gpu for awhile.
You will see quiet a drop in temps when you water cool your gpu.
I saw a 15- 20 degree drop in temps again this is from my own experience

In general you want 120 base plus 120 per block you are cooling. I can tell you that from experience if you have good push pull, the 4770K will not generate that much heat that will impact loop performance @4.2GHz. GPU's dump more heat on to the loop however Nvidia does a good job with their cards and I have been able to run a 4770K @4.8GHz with two 770's with a high OC on both memory and GPU with a single AX480 without an issue, adding more rad space didnt have a significant impact unless I added another 480 which I did in the end as I migrated to dual PE480's. With your current config I would say that a 360 and the 120 would be enough in push pull.

not to sound like an ass but yeah, you should be able to run 2x 770s plus a 4770k with a 480. the 770 is nothing more than a refined 680 which actually dont run hot.

if you dont think cooling your gpu is worth the money because you may buy a new card soon, you can always go with a universal gpu block.
