I want to upgrade my budget box from a 2400 Barton at 2.4 ghz to a 64 bit processor, any suggestions keep, in mind the over clocking possibilities and my current mother board socket.

i don't think they have a 64 for s462 best you can get is a 2.2 3200+ barton for s462
