Need a bit of help

Thread Starter
I read NoAffinity's OC guide, but I'm still a bit confused. I started out raising my FSB (from 266), once I hit 285 it would lock up. In the bios i see CPU Vcore, but am unable to modify it. However, there is a spot to up the voltage, just needed to know if this has the same affect. Also, any suggestions on oc'ing my system would be much appreciated.

One of the problems I see is having 4 sticks of ram of different manufacturers. The bios should have a operation setting(at least mine does) that lets you change from normal operation to overclock mode.

That's a pretty hard question to answer. Tell us what you have and we'll tell you what's the best out of those lol.

I don't remember what brands they are. I know they are not Corsair or anything like that. I'm up for buying different RAM, just wanted to know what RAM works well for OC.
