Asus MX279H - backlight bleeding

OK, this is not 100% accurate image, because it's amplyfied by phone camera, but as you can see I have really noticable bleed on the left bottom.


Should I replace this monitor? Or should I accept it, because it's "normal". I bought it a week ago.

Even though I'm incredibly anal about displays, it really a question of whether you want to play the panel lottery or not. It you can live with it and it has no other significant defects, you're probably better off keeping it. If you can't live with it, be prepared to make multiple returns unless you get lucky and get one with minimal bleed.
