A sufficiently high fps camera can capture the G-sync effect to an degree.
The Gsync demo video at Nvidia's website shows it perfectly. No matter if I was using my 7970, 670 or other, when fps drops below 60 and screen tearing happens, it really breaks the immersion of the game. And a person would have to be legally blind not to see it.

You aren't serious right? There was nothing unfriendly about Alatar's post. And he's allowed to have an opinion too. No reason for you to attack him for it.
If AMD actually brings this to market for free and it works, kudos to them. But it would have been cheaper for Nvidia to work some sort of proprietary software into monitors than hardware and they would have gotten much more support from monitors makers. So personally, I don't see free sync being a reality unless gsync takes off which it won't imo.Edited by mcg75 - 1/8/14 at 2:45am
