I'm about to start purchasing for an upgrade from my old Q9550 with 8GB of DDR2 on an ASUS Rampage Formula board, to an i7-4770K with at least 16GB DDR3. I've been told already on this forum that because of the features of the Haswell, I really don't need to invest as much money into a higher end motherboard this time around. The first, and pretty much only, reccomendation I've gotten so far is the GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD3H z87, but I just wanted to make a stop by here to get extra input as to whether or not this board is going to be quality enough to support the system and 4.5GHz overclock that I'm going to attempt with it. I am on a budget, so I'd really prefer to keep the motherboard portion of the upgrade under $200, but I'm open to suggestions above and beyond the board I already mentioned.

Thanks.

EDIT: I should also mention that I had the Q9550 running at 3.8GHz on the ASUS until recently when it started showing signs of its age so I dropped the overclock.
