NZXT 810 - Front 240 Rad Standing Up?

I've checked a few build logs and the majority of people have been laying the 240 rad down in the front of the case. Can it stand up right?

Anyone do a build log with it standing up?

It will definitely fit.

Here is a build log that has one standing up: [Build Log] Leviathan - NZXT Switch 810
And another: [Build Log] WaterCooled i7 3930k | 680 FTW SLI | P9X79 PRO | NZXT 810

Haha I feel the same way. Ive been looking into acrylic tubes and it made me want to redo my loop. I just couldn't figure out if it would stand up and why I didn't do that. Wasn't able to move things around measure currently so I figured looking at other mods would.give me my.answer

Glad I could help biggrin.gif
If you update the build you should do a build log. Would love to see the progress you make with mounting the rad that way.

Yea it will be a few months before I do anything.. Right now all my parts are on the floor mining crypto currencies till the end of January.

Then its time for a new processor and motherboard and then a build!

Yeah I have to wait to get my G5 started and finished before I can pick up new parts for my 810.
Really just want to water cool mine and upgrade the video card for now.

I just took a look at your Switch3d log which is very nice work!

Water cooling it a lot of fun after get over the initial fear of it possibly leaking.. Haha

However, I must warn you that its highly addicting (just like upgrading) and highly expensive..

Let me know if you need any help when you go to do it. I am sure by the time you have started I will have mine done and it will be the 5th or so case I put a water loop in and the second loop for the 810.

On a side note I am curious to see what NZXT has up there sleeve for that teaser they posted yesterday.

Thanks!

I haven't been worried about putting it under water it has strictly been a budget issue. My G5 I am planning will probably be my first water cooled build but after that I would love to get a 770 and put that and my CPU under water in the 810.

I promise I will hit you up for help since I know I will need it lol.

I am also very interested to see what they have in store. I am guessing mini ITX.
