PCI Fan rack, experience to share? worth it?

Thinking of throwing a PCI fan rack below the AGP card in my g/f's rig . . . she's running an ATI 9550 w/ stock heat sync and no fan with a mild overclock. The case itself is well ventilated, but I was thinking this would be a good, inexpensive alternative to trying to pull the heat sync off and replace it with a more expensive GPU cooler that is fixed to the card. Anyone have any experience w/ these things and specifically any stats as to what kind of temperature improvements they have seen using these things? My graphics card doesn't even have a temperature sensor so I won't have a clue how much cooler it really is even if I throw one in . . . thanks!!!

I had in mind something like THIS or THIS.

There Not bad. Having an Exhaust fan that goes into a PCI bracket sitting under the card can also take heat away from it and exhaust it through the back of the case.

Sweet. Picked one up and seems to work well. Posted the rig . . . looks great in a clear acrylic case.
