It rarely get as cold as -2 F here. Usually the winter temp is at around 14 F to 24 F. But if I ever have some spare computer parts, I would like to try overclocking outside. Maybe with snow? biggrin.gif

The big problem is keeping everything dry. Electronics (as with everything else running on electricity) aren't fond of water. Which includes condensation due to the cold...

Can't be beat by Norway, North America (even in its current state) or even North or South pole.

I do remember a project here on OCN involving a 3 option cooling system. The PC was inside while the cooling was outside. One underground, and two others. If I recall correctly, it was CallsignVega's project. Might be something worth looking into if you're serious about leveraging your ambient atmospheric temperature smile.gif

The dry part is what I think will be hardest, and the temperature gets high in the summer, so it would be winter cooling only in that case. No plans for that btw tongue.gif But would be cool if I had spare parts just for fun biggrin.gif
