Contact CoolerMaster for faulty PSU?

Hello!

I know this thread may be a bit 'annoying', but trust me I'm more.

I have a faulty CoolerMaster V550S power supply (tested with another components, and another PSU fixes the problems).
I made a support ticket on their website, 2 weeks no reply now.
Someone on this forum suggested me to PM CM Phaedrus, I still have no reply from him.
I have sent them a facebook message (I doubt that will get a reply).

I can't find any contact numbers that I can call...

This is preventing me from gaming... and I have a team waiting for me to start practising again.

How do I contact CoolerMaster?

I hope someone can help me smile.gif

If you're in (Edit) North America: We're right here

Other regions are ticket-based at the moment. I know our office in NA was closed for a while due to the holidays, the offices in the other regions may have been in the same boat and are catching up to the requests from that still. smile.gif

I'm in the United Kingdom.

How much longer do you reckon I will have to wait? This is really urgent.
Also once the ticket is processed, how long will it take for a new psu unit to get delivered?

Sorry bud, I can't give an accurate time frame at all since I'm with the NA team. If you have a ticket/case number for your ticket submission, you can PM it to me and I can check on it and send a note to our EU support for you.
