Reference designs have never been triple slot, and it's rare for dual GPU cards to come out as anything other than reference. Not sure what the length limit on the 250D is, but it seems like there should be room.

I meant dual GPU cards in general, (exluding mars 760). The 690 is the same length as the titan/780 etc etc

Will the H105 of H220X fit in this with the 5.25 bay removed, and a normal itx board (not an ASUS one with the VRM board)?

H105 wont fit. H220X the 5.25in bay will need to be remove.

Will this case be able to support h80i in dual config mode? or a h100i in dual config? Just wondering.

The H80i with dual fans can be mounted as a front intake, but the side intake for 240mm rads is only capable of push.

Maximum thickness for rad+fans on the side is 55mm.
