no its not

a reference780ti beats a classified 780

btw 560 ti to 780 ti is a HUGE jump

I think you would be just as happy with a reference 780

I have a 780 Classy, a 780 Ti Classy and a 780 Ti SC.

The 780 Ti at just 1200 mhz matches the 780 Classy in the 1350+ mhz range.

And the Ti Classy does everything the 780 Classy does in regards to OC.

Is it worth the extra money? No. But it is more fun. smile.gif

actually, he is correct. if the 780ti is ahead of a 780 classy, it's not by much (a few fps here and there depending on the game). especially not for the huge jump in price. and you can always overclock the 780 classy to make up that ground easily. my vote goes for the 780 classy.

And there into the GTX780ti Classy are there better versions of the 780ti from other brands which are better for oc?

There are no other 780 Ti that currently support voltage over 1.212v

Classy goes up to 1.5v although 1.35 on air is about the max on air.
