Dell S2740L vs U2713HM

Thread Starter
Hey all, so currently I have the Dell U2713HM and I was thinking of going back to eyefinity, but realistically even if I get a second GTX 780 classy it wont be enough gpu power to run 3x 1440p screens so I was considering as an alternative of stepping down to 3x 1080p screens. I still want to keep it IPS so I was thinking of the S2740L but I wasn't sure how it would compare. I know it wont be as good, but I was curious how much worse it would be.

Thoughts?

It really depends on your tolerance for precision and how close you are to the monitors. If you're sitting 4' or more from them you probably won't notice much pixelation in comparison between the Dell S2740L and the Dell U2713HM. I would imagine with an Eyefinity setup of 27" monitors you probably won't be sitting very close to the monitors but I could be wrong.

Bigger is not always better. I do eyefinity with 24" 1200px in portrait and sit about 2 feet away and I think it may be too big.
