This one is in stock as of this writing:

(As to compatibility, it seems it's fully PATA/IDE compliant, so there shouldn't be any problem. - Edit: sorry, this is kind of irrelevant information to your question as the HDD is SATA, not IDE, though the card also has SATA).

It has to be a specific chipset in order to work properly. Like my Z87 motherboard has sata ports available but it doesn't show up on my computer as a disk drive.

What are you talking about ? Your SATA ports aren't compatible with what ?

PCI is not PCI-E

Your motherboard has no PCI slots, only PCI-E (wide and narrow).

The Jmicron PCI-E SATA cards do seem to work for flashing Xbox 360 DVD drives.

I've bought many PCI and PCI-E SATA controllers from Ebay dealers. They seem to be identical in quality and even design to those sold by NewEgg. Just be sure to check what chipset is on them.

The files cannont transfer to the xbox 360 disk drive via my onboard sata ports.
