Good replacement for G9x?

Hey guys,

I've owned a G9, followed by a G9x and not the G9x is failing after around 4 years. I'm looking to replace it and decided to go for a G600 but I hate it, so I'm returning it ASAP.

Any suggestions on a mouse that would be a good replacement for it?

I really like my M65 from corsair. Smooth as fuh, accurate, and comfortable if you're a fellow claw gripper. I use a hard polymer mouse pad (Corsair MM400) with it which compliments it nicely smile.gif

How's the mapping software for it? I actually have one of those I won on a corsair thing and don't really use it.

I have found the shape of the M60-M65 really uncomfortable.. had a M60 for more than a year, couldn't claw or palm it comfortably because of the back and the sharp design..

Doesn't the G600 have a similar shape than the G9X?

It does but it is quite heavier and the scroll wheel is different. I grab my mouse in a 3 finger claw, where I have my middle finger on the scroll wheel and it just feels terrible on this mouse. frown.gif

since you hold the mouse that way how about going for mouses like the G100s, Abyssus?

I came here today with this very question! I have the G9 Laser and have not been able to find anything quite like it.
Most of the mice I find seem to be rather long in the grip... I want a tight grip, a few additional buttons and the ability to change my sensitivity levels on the fly.
The Roccat Savu and Kone Pure look decent but I dont know...

I'd say grab a Savu from a local store or Amazon, anywhere where returns are easy and try it out. When it comes to mice unfortunately there's almost no way to know for sure if a model will work perfectly for you unless you actually try at home with your own personal setup.

The only other claw grip mouse I know of is the Cooler Master Storm Spawn and Xornet
