Pretty much top of the line stuff, not sure if you will be bottlenecked or not by the 8800 and your E6600.

Only thing I would say is to make sure that you have the PSU to handle all that stuff...
That i can only dream of having

The only issue I can see is with that board. I have the same board and its been giving me a few problems to say to least. If you don't need sli then I would go for an intel chipset based board. That board is good only if you get one that doesn't suffer from the numerous bugs that certain ones have.

i liked how the board has a lot of expandability... what other board would you suggest?

I like the board, its just that a lot of people are having numerous problems, with it. I am one of those users, some people have had no problems with it and are perfectly happy with it. The problems I have had so far is the sata corruption bug, and now my usb controller stops working sometimes. If you don't need a dual video card solution the P5B seems to be the most popular. Any board based on the 965P chipset seems to be a good choice.
