Aplhacool NexXos ST30 (8 FPI) or Black Ice Stealth GT Gen Two (30 FPI)

I was planning on using the Alphacool NexXos ST30 which have an FPI of 8, which would be very good for low rpm fans but not necessarily optimum cooling performance. Black Ice Stealth GT Gen Two Ive seen on SingularityComputers YouTube channel, amazing builds that guy does, and he explained how this radiator is very good because of the 25 mil fins instead of 45 mil which actually makes the more dense, 30 FPI help cool even better but still stat at low fan rpms

My questoin is which radiator would preform better the Alphacool NexXos ST30 240mm & 360mm Radiator configuration or the Black Ice Stealth GT Gen Two 240mm & 360mm Radiator configuration, with the Noiseblocker NB-eLoop B12-PS fans (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=35712:d0d569607b70517f9c89c6d2613fb4f1)?

Would i be beneficial to move up to the 800-2000 RPM version of this fan??

The ST30 is excellent, as you can see in this review.

Martin hasn't tested the GT Stealth, so we can't directly compare the two from that source, but obviously with the FPI differences which rad is better depends on fan speeds.

I would guess the ST30 it better up to about 1500 RPM (around where the 20 FPI Swiftech MCR320-XP starts to pass it on the graphs in the review), then the GTS starts to be better at higher RPMs.

Yeah ive seen that review and the ST30 is a very nice radiator. But i kinda want to se how the GTS gen two performs against it and at what rpms specifically, and how loud they would be compared.
