From what I've seen, each player can have a Titan. 12 players + 12 Titans (AI mode) can be on the map.
TBH, that's a lot going on given the map sizes. We're not talking BF4 maps, more like CODMW map size.

i really like the idea of 6 vs 6 but more titans on a map like 2 titans per team or more and like 4 soldiers, and the maps bigger and someone do a skin of some gundams XD, like this dom

No, the FPS genre and I are just fine together. I was banned twice back in the days of AAO when there was no punkbuster. I always got accused of hacking in CS. In almost every FPS I've played I can certainly stay within the top 10%-20% on the server. I play an FPS to win but I'm going to play my way and have fun doing it. I've done my fair share of competitive playing and sure the emotional payoff is big but not only is it not fun getting there it's also a gamble for an equally huge letdown. All that so you can be called the top clan/guild? I just find it isn't worth it. The smaller the server matches are the higher the burden on each player and it starts to get competitive and then drama, rage, blood pressure. The same reason I'm not a fan of LOL, the potential rage and frustration saps all the fun right out of it.

6v6 is a fine mode to have for the people that enjoy competitive play, but they should have included a more casual mode for those like me who don't want a huge burden when they log in. I want to get lost in the crowd, complete objectives, and shoot enemies. It has absolutely nothing to do with bringing the team down.

The devs also said they aren't trying to design a game that appeases everyone. This game may be one that isn't for you.

I probably won't pick up the game straight off the bat, but it's looking like a very neat game upcoming. I'll get it down the road, I'm not fussed with the smaller player count, if they insist that it'll be no problem, and you'll have an enjoyable experience with the game, then I'll take that and probably buy it, if the opposite occurs and it turns out bad, then that'll be a developer to put on my list of "Do not buy games from". I don't know why people would get so fussed about it though.

Because they like mindlessly spraying into a crowd and getting free kills-cod style

...so.... you want a casual FPS? Please sir, explain to me how you haven't managed to find a casual FPS to play in the past decade?

Notice how the competitive FPS players are never asking for new games and whining on forums for existing games to be "modified" to their liking? Notice how only casual games whine and moan for new games to come out every other month. Casual gamers buy a game, get bored of it in a month, and then cry for a "new" casual game to come out with "new" graphics and "16v16 at least". It is a fact that casual gamers do not enjoy the games they play, which is why they are always whining on game forums and they are buying new games every month. Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy & Cry & Buy.

I thought this was a casual game? Since there are supposed to be AI controlled bots (soldier pawns) that make the playing field more elaborate and populated IIRC.

AI doesn't make a game casual or hardcore. Guild Wars had three $100,000 world tournaments and GvG had numerous AI defenders and the AI made up a huge portion of the game. StarCraft is pretty famous, all of the units are controlled by AI, including pathing. LoL has AI controlled units that are worth points and they are a huge part of strategy (last hit, leveling up, itemization). Most hardcore games do not feature any AI at all, but AI does not determine if a game is competitive or casual.

But in those cases the AI takes control of NPCs. They aren't surrogates for other players. You can't play as a creep in dota. All units are controlled by a player in SC. You don't place an AI character in a PvP arena in GW2 to rank up through ladders do you?
Also depending on the implementation of the AI in Titanfall, their difficulty may scale based on aggregate skill levels of players in game.
