$350 Budget for monitor, any suggestions?

I'm currently in the process of ordering parts for a new build and was hoping to get a new monitor with it. I'm going to have a budget of around $350. I've looked at the BenQ XL2420TE 24" 144Hz 1ms response and the QNIX QX2710 Evolution II 27". I was kinda hoping to find a 1440p 120hz monitor, but it isn't looking to promising. Suggestions?

Really your only options in that price range are one of the Korean monitors and then hope the one you get overclocks well.

Shoot. Guess I'm getting myself a BenQ, then the new ROG one down the road a bit.
